Blueway Limited is looking for a professional, motivated, and experienced Truck Dispatcher with strong knowledge of the U.S. trucking industry and hands-on experience using DAT Load Board and Amazon Relay.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily truck dispatching operations.
- Find profitable loads using the DAT Load Board.
- Manage load bookings and freight opportunities through Amazon Relay.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, brokers, and customers.
- Monitor truck movements and ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Negotiate rates and optimize routes to improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and provide regular operational updates.
Experience Requirements
- Proven experience in truck dispatching within the U.S. trucking industry.
- Practical experience with DAT Load Board and Amazon Relay.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple trucks and dispatch operations efficiently.
- Good knowledge of U.S. routes, freight markets, and transportation procedures.
- Professional attitude, reliability, and problem-solving abilities.
